3rd transnational INTRuST project meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria
The 3rd transnational INTRuST project meeting took place on February 8-9th 2023. The meeting was hosted by the University of Forestry in Sofia, Bulgaria in hybrid mode.
During the meeting, the consortium reviewed the progress of the training materials currently in development on the topic of certification systems and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in forestry, wood and furniture sectors. A dedicated workshop was organized to further develop the future coaching tool that aims to provide companies with the right certification scheme based on their market needs.
Additionally, an open discussion with the Chairman of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry was organized to discuss the state of EU and Bulgarian woodworking sector and the opportunities offered by the circular and digital transition.
